High current compatible compact/thin current sensor "CZ375x series"

Achieving miniaturization of EV charging stations and increasing output capacity! Coreless current sensor capable of detecting ±225A with surface mount.

The CZ375x is a magnetic coreless current sensor that incorporates Hall elements. By using high-sensitivity Hall elements, it can accurately measure a wide current range of ±115A to ±225A, which is difficult to achieve with typical coreless current sensors. Continuous current flow is also possible up to 100Arms. Therefore, it contributes to "increased output capacity." Additionally, compared to shunt resistors and core-type through-hole sensors, it can contribute to "miniaturization" and "reduction of manufacturing costs." ■ Miniaturization - Due to its small size and surface-mount package, it can be mounted on the back side of the circuit board. - The primary conductor has low resistance (0.27mΩ), which suppresses heat generation, allowing it to be placed in limited space on the circuit board. * It generates one-third the heat of other companies' coreless current sensors (based on our comparative test data). ■ Reduction of manufacturing costs It contributes to reduced manufacturing (assembly) costs by eliminating the need for wire connections to through holes. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Magnetic Coreless Current Sensor "Currentier"

A low-heat current sensor that contributes to the miniaturization of substrates!

"Currentier" is a magnetic coreless current sensor IC equipped with a high-sensitivity Hall element. Despite being a coreless type, it achieves high precision comparable to that of closed-loop systems. Compared to conventional shunt methods, it has the following advantages: 1. The resistance value of the primary conductor is low at 0.27mΩ (which helps suppress heat generation), 2. The primary side does not require a power supply, allowing for a significant reduction in board size. Additionally, by offering a wide range of current options in the same package across the series, it enables the standardization of components and boards. 【Features】 - Capable of continuous high current operation (50/60/100A) - Creepage/clearance distance: ≧8mm (in compliance with UL61800-5-1) - Safety standards: UL1577 and IEC/UL62368-1 certified - Overall accuracy: ±0.4% F.S. (Ta=0~90℃ Typ.) *CZ370x series - Response time: 1μs Typ. *CZ370x series - Built-in disturbance magnetic field suppression function *For more details, please refer to the PDF documentation or feel free to contact us.

High-speed response compact/thin current sensor "CZ3Axx series"

Contributing to the improvement of system safety! Coreless current sensor with built-in high-speed, high-precision overcurrent detection function.

CZ3Axx is a magnetic coreless current sensor with built-in Hall elements and overcurrent detection functionality. It achieves a high-speed response of 1μs and high precision of 0.3% F.S., enabling the detection of various fault modes such as ground faults and arm short circuits, contributing to improved system safety. Additionally, through its unique packaging technology, it realizes a low primary conductor resistance of "0.27mΩ" and high insulation with a creepage/clearance distance of ≧8mm. This significantly reduces heat generation during current application compared to shunt resistors, and eliminates the need for a primary side power supply or amplifier for insulation, allowing overcurrent detection with just the IC. Therefore, it can be placed in limited spaces on a circuit board. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High current compatible compact/thin current sensor "CZ370x series"

Realizing the miniaturization of EV charging stations and the increase in output capacity! Coreless current sensor capable of detecting ±180A with surface mounting.

The CZ370x is a magnetic coreless current sensor that incorporates Hall elements. Due to the use of high-sensitivity Hall elements, it can measure a wide range of currents that typical coreless current sensors cannot achieve. It can handle continuous currents of up to 60Arms and accurately detect currents up to ±180A. - The primary conductor has low resistance (0.27mΩ), which suppresses heat generation and allows placement in limited space on the circuit board. * It generates only 1/4 the heat of a shunt resistor (based on our comparative test data). ■ Reduction of manufacturing costs It can contribute to reduced manufacturing (assembly) costs by eliminating the need for wire connections to through holes. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
